Things that went well this week:
- I ran 40km while on vacation – yay me!
Lessons Learned for Next Time:
- I’d like to focus more on fuel (re: food) in the upcoming weeks. Something tells me I haven’t been doing my body any favours by loading up on dessert every night while on vacation.
3 weeks left of training, then 2 week taper….Time to get in some nice long training runs
