Training Log Week 21 – MARATHON week

Monday: 1 hour run
Tuesday: massage therapy
Wednesday: 6 km run – fly to Montreal
Thursday: 1 hr trail walk on Sherbrooke University Campus
Friday: 2 x 1 hr hikes near Newport, Vermont
Saturday: walk around Montreal
Sunday: Montreal Rock n Roll Marathon*
* Race report to come…

Things that went well this week:

  • I ran a marathon!

Lessons Learned for Next Time:

  • Don’t try anything new on race day. More details (and pictures) to come in the race report.
